Burgess Recruitment are currently seeking a Crew Chef for a 100m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A clean, healthy cooking style with emphasis on seasonal ingredients
- Versatility across Mediterranean, Asian, modern European and contemporary international cuisines
- Creative, high-level culinary background
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Professional, discreet, and service-minded team player
Ideal Background
- Previous crew chef experience
- Formal culinary training
- Valid STCW & ENG1
- Schengen visa (for non-EU crew); valid B1/B2 visa an advantage
