Start Date: ASAP
Location of Vessel: St Maarten
Salary & Leave: DOE 90 days
Visa Requirements:
- Schengen visa required for non-EU crew
- Valid B1/B2 visa
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as Chief Stew
Required Qualifications / Certificates:
Vessel Information:
- 65m+ private/yacht
- Quiet family style programme
- Dual season program
Requirements:
- Confidently mentor and train the interior team in all facets of service, housekeeping, and laundry.
- Provide elite-level service with an in-depth understanding of international cuisine and an interest in fine wines.
- Cultivate a positive, cohesive working environment for the crew while maintaining a seamless experience for the Owners.
- Ensuring adequate protection of guest interior and liasing with contractors for repairs and upgrades.
Other Information:
- Single cabin
- Weekends off when not in use
