Burgess recruitment are currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 50m private/charter motor yacht.

Looking for someone who will seamlessly integrate into the existing team, embrace the way the program is run and maintain the high standards and service style the owners know and love.
This role would suit someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented and happy to work within an established program
Requirements:
- STCW, ENG 1, FH level 2 essential and up to date
- Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess with at least one year in the role on a 40m+ yacht, or a strong Second Stewardess from a larger vessel who is ready to take the next step.
- Confident across all areas of the interior
- Competent in interior administration, including provisioning, inventory, and daily team coordination
- A kind, caring and approachable leader who brings out the best in the team.
- Positive, proactive and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident in maintaining high standards of interior presentation and guest service.
- A team player who values a happy, supportive and cohesive working environment.
- Adaptable, respectful of an established program and keen to become part of a close-knit crew.
- Must be fluent in English.
- B1/B2 and Schengen visa required
