Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 50m motor yacht.

Requirements:
- All relevant tickets up to date- including Silver Service, Cocktail Mixology, WSET
- Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) on similar sized vessels
- Must have very strong charter experience and able to meet the demands of clients/owners
- Excellent service skills, discreet & professional with owners & guests
- Creative with flower arranging & table scaping
- The ideal candidate is a seasoned, organized and efficient interior leader
- Career-oriented, passionate professional able to lead the interior team and create a harmonious environment onboard
- Schengen & B1/B2 visa required
Start date: ASAP
Location: France
Salary: EUR 7000-8000 (DOE)
Leave: 60 days
Extras: 2 x flights & health plan
Vessel Program and itinerary: Charter – Busy med summer season & November crossing to Caribbean. Heavy charter boat with owner trips.
