Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a busy 60m+ charter yacht.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and personable Chief Steward/ess who leads by example, inspires their team, and creates a positive, collaborative onboard atmosphere.
Requirements:
- STCW, ENG 1, FH level 2 essential and up to date
- Must have extensive charter experience
- Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) on similar sized or larger vessels
- Confident across all areas of the interior
- Competent in interior administration, including provisioning, inventory, and daily team coordination.
- Comfortable handling guest requests, making reservations, and managing bookings with professionalism and attention to detail
- A great leader who supports junior crew and maintains high standards across all interior operations. Interior team of 6
- Schengen and B1/B2 visa required
Start date: October
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 6700
Leave: Rotational 8:8 (subject to yacht operations)
Flights: 3 x return flights per year, Bonus scheme and training allowance
Vessel Program and itinerary: Charter – Dual season. Busy med summer season & Caribbean winter season.
