Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 70m motor yacht.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader committed to high standards, crew wellbeing, and a positive onboard culture.
Requirements:
- STCW, ENG 1 and FH level 2 essential and up to date
- Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) on similar sized or larger vessels
- Confident across all areas of the interior, including service, housekeeping, wine knowledge and bartending
- Competent in interior administration, including provisioning, inventory, and daily team coordination.
- Comfortable handling guest requests, making reservations, and managing bookings with professionalism and attention to detail
- A great leader who supports crew and maintains high standards across all interior operations
- Schengen Visa required
Start date: 9-10 September
Location: Med
Salary: USD 8500
Leave: 8:8 week rotation (2:2)
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private - busy dual season.
