Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 35m motor yacht.
This is a great opportunity for a calm and approachable leader who fosters a supportive, team-focused environment and contributes to a strong, positive on-board culture.
Requirements:
- STCW, ENG 1, FH level 2 essential and up to date
- Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) on similar sized or larger vessels
- Confident across all areas of the interior, including service, housekeeping, wine knowledge and bartending
- Competent in interior administration, including provisioning, inventory, and daily team coordination
- A great leader who supports junior crew and maintains high standards across all interior operations
- B1/B2 visa required
Start date: TBC (ideally September)
