Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 38m motor yacht.
This is a great opportunity for a team-focused Chief Stewardess with a positive leadership style to join a solid crew with great longevity.
Requirements:
- STCW, ENG 1, FH level 2 essential and up to date
- Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) on similar sized or larger vessels
- Confident across all areas of the interior, including service, housekeeping, wine knowledge and bartending
- Competent in interior administration, including provisioning, inventory, and daily team coordination.
- Comfortable handling guest requests, making reservations, and managing bookings with professionalism and attention to detail
- A great leader who supports junior crew and maintains high standards across all interior operations
- Schengen visa and B1/B2 required
Start date: Mid August
Location: USA
Salary: USD 7000
Leave: 60 days leave
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private & charter – Med every second year (owners & charter), NE coast for private use and Caribbean winter (4-5 charters).
