Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 40m+ motor yacht.
We are currently seeking an engaging and experienced Chief Steward(ess) to join a dynamic team on a busy vessel.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is a seasoned, organised and efficient interior leader
- Proven longevity as a Chief Steward(ess) with prior experience of team management
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Excellent service and communication skills
- STCW, ENG 1, Food safety & relevant interior/hospitality certificates advantageous
- Must have the right to work in the EU or hold a Schengen visa
Start date: ASAP
Location: Italy
Salary: USD 7000
Leave: 60 days + 2 flights
Vessel Program and itinerary:
Summer 2026, private use in Central and Western Mediterranean.
October 2026, via Dockwise Transport ship to Caribbean.
Winter 2027, Charter and limited owner use in Caribbean, Bahamas and Florida.
