Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Chief Stewardess for a 110ft Private Motor Yacht.
Start Date: ASAP (joining Harbour Island, Bahamas)
Salary: USD 8,000 – 9,000 per month DOE
Leave: 30 days annual leave
Qualifications:
- Valid STCW & ENG1
- Previous Chief Stewardess experience (minimum 2+ years preferred)
Requirements:
- Experience on similar size yachts as a Chief Stew
- Strong service background
- Confident managing and training junior interior crew
- Fluent English
- B1/B2
Other:
- Bahamas-based October–July
- Yard period July–October (Fort Lauderdale)
- Owner usage is relaxed and adult-focused
- Occasional cocktail-style entertaining
