Burgess recruitment is seeking a rotational Chief Officer for a 70m motor yacht.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chief Officer to join a busy private & charter yacht.
Requirements
- MCA Chief Mate 3000 essential
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as CO on similar sized motor yachts
- Confident in passage planning, bridge watchkeeping, and Mediterranean port operations
- Must have good knowledge of Pinpoint and Idea.
- Strong ISM/SMS knowledge required
- Shipyard/Survey experience required
- Proven high deck and exterior standards
- Positive, proactive attitude with good leadership skills
- Schengen & B1/B2 visa required

Location: Caribbean
Salary & Leave: USD 8200 @ EQUAL ROTATION
Program & Itinerary: Private - Caribbean cruising for upcoming season and crossing back to Med in April 2027.
