Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a temp Chief Officer for a 50m motor yacht.
We are seeking an experienced & professional Chief Officer to join a close knit crew on board a charter yacht.
Requirements
- Yacht Master Offshore/Ocean essential – OOW preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to lead deck crew and ensure smooth onboard operations
- Competent in bridge management & strong watchkeeping abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crew, guests, and third-party services.
- Excellent admin skills
- B1/B2 Visa essential
- Charter experience
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Location: Florida
Salary: EUR 7000-8000 DOE
Leave: 38 days
