We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Chief Engineer to join a modern and prestigious super yacht. This is a key leadership role for a technically strong professional who takes pride in maintaining exceptional engineering standards while supporting a first-class onboard experience for the owner.
Requirements
- C/E(MN)III/2 or III/2(Y1)
- Over 5 years’ experience as Chief Engineer on yachts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Hands on and proactive
- B1/B2 Visa
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily engine room operations and maintenance.
- Preparation for 5- year Survey
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Handle any technical issues or emergencies as they arise.
- Collaborate with the crew to ensure smooth operation and adherence to protocols
Start date: 1 February
Location: Caribbean
Salary: EUR 12,000 with 13- month salary and annual % increase
Leave: 2:2

Vessel Program and itinerary- dual season, private vessel
