Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and experienced Captain & Deckhand/Steward(ess) couple to join a 50ft chase boat operating alongside a prestigious 100m+ mothership and shadow yacht.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a couple looking to work closely together on a dynamic charter/private programme.
You will be the dedicated team operating the 50ft chase boat, cruising both independently and in coordination with the wider yacht programme. The vessel will primarily operate as a stand-alone chase boat and will only be loaded onto the shadow yacht for ocean crossings.
Accommodation will be mostly onboard the chase boat in a shared cabin.
Captain requirements
- Yacht Master Offshore essential & all relevant certificates up to date
- Able to independently manage the chase boat and its maintenance
- Professional with excellent communication skills
- Charter experience
- Schengen visa required
Deckhand/Steward(ess) requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 seasons experience
- All relevant certificates in hand
- Able to assist the chase boat Captain
- Charter experience
- Schengen visa required
