Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Captain for a 50m+ Commercial Motor Yacht
Start Date: November 2026
Salary: USD 16,000–18,000 per month
Leave: 60 days
Qualifications: Master 3000 GT
Requirements:

Proven Captain experience on similar-sized vessels

Strong operational, technical and maintenance management experience

Previous shipyard and class survey experience

Excellent crew leadership and management skills

Proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
Other: Yacht currently in the Mediterranean, departing for the USA on 15 November. Upcoming 10-year class survey.
