Captain - 45m - Private - Worldwide

Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Captain for a 45m Private Motor Yacht

Start Date: Before end of 2025

Salary: DOE
Leave: 60 days annually

Qualifications:

• Master 500GT CoC or higher

• Valid STCW and ENG1

• Schengen visa required

Requirements:

• Solid operational experience in the Mediterranean

• Previous cruising experience in Greece and Turkey preferred

• Proven leadership and strong crew management skills

• Excellent knowledge of yacht operations and maintenance

• Familiarity with onboard management and accounting systems beneficial
