Salary: €10,000 - €11,000 DOE

Previous command experience on sailing yachts of a similar size

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Hands-on approach with the ability to support a newly acquired yacht through an ownership transition

Confident overseeing vessel operations, safety, maintenance and crew management

Professional, approachable and team-oriented personality

Fluent English required

Portuguese language skills advantageous
