Start Date:
ASAP (ideally mid-April)

Leave:
45 days per year (negotiable depending on experience)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 500GT CoC
- All relevant and up-to-date certification
Requirements:
- Strong charter experience essential
- Proven ability to step into a busy programme at short notice
- Confident managing charter operations, admin, and guest experience
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to stabilise and guide an existing crew
- Professional, composed, and owner-facing
- Non-smoker, moderate lifestyle preferred
Other:
- Busy summer programme already confirmed
- Immediate operational demands including charter show and Mediterranean season
- Cruising programme across the Western Mediterranean
