Salary: EUR 8,000 per month
Leave: 40 days per annum

Requirements:

Previous experience as Captain on similar-sized motor yachts

Proven charter experience

Strong leadership and crew management skills

Excellent guest service standards

Good organisational and communication skills

Eligible to work in Europe (or hold the appropriate visa/work entitlement)

Flexible opportunity – suitable for either a temporary summer position or a permanent appointment

Vessel has owner trips and charter commitments throughout the Mediterranean
