Burgess Recruitment is looking for an experienced Rotational Captain for a 40m PRIVATE motor yacht.

Salary: EUR 9500
Rotation: 2:2
Qualifications: Master 500 GT – Master 3000gt beneficial
Itinerary: Europe/potentially USA
Location: Europe
Requirements:
- Proven Captain experience on 35m+ motor yachts
- Valid Master’s license and STCW certification
- Strong crew management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Professional with a discreet approach to private guest services
- Excellent communication and owner-management skills
- Calm, professional and solutions-focused approach
- Strongly preferred to have fluent Mandarin/Chinese languages
- Familiarity or experience working with Chinese culture with high end private owner service
