Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Bosun for a 45m+ motor yacht.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who is confident leading the deck team while being comfortable to cover engine room watch when needed.
Requirements
- Yacht Master Offshore
- AEC 1&2 preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Confident in tender towing & crane operations
- Oversee all deck operations, including tender driving, and guest services
- Happy to assist in engine room as needed
- Proactive, well organised and a great team player
- B1/B2 Visa essential
Start date: Mid October- 20th latest
Location: FLL
Salary: USD 4200
Leave: 45 days
Training budget with room to complete 1-2 courses per year
