Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Bosun for a 70m motor yacht.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious motor yacht with a great crew on board.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who is confident leading a deck team, has a strong eye for detail and is a competent tender driver.
Requirements
- Yacht Master Offshore & OOW modules
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Proven experience as Bosun/Lead deck on similar sized vessels
- Confident in tender & crane operations
- Oversee all deck operations, including tender driving, and guest services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Well organised and strong with inventorying
- Proactive & hard working
Start date: 1 November
Location: TBC
Salary: EUR 5000
Leave: 3:1 rotation
