Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Bosun for a 100m+ motor yacht.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and reliable Bosun onboard a busy private yacht.
Requirements
- Yacht Master Offshore minimum required, OOW modules preferred
- Minimum 3 years experiences as Bosun on similar sized vessel
- Must be an experienced team leader and capable to lead a team of 11
- Must have strong safety culture, be reliable and hardworking
- Looking for someone to lead by example with good experience in leadership and management to work closely with the Chief Officer
- Proficient in a wide range of deck operation, including large tender driving, crane operations, maintenance, guest operations and water sports.
- Extensive yard experience is desirable
- Schengen visa required
Start date: October (ship yard period)

Salary: DOE
