Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Bosun for a 110m+ motor yacht.
This is a great opportunity for a well-versed bosun with great leadership skills to lead the deck team on a prestigious super yacht.
The ideal candidate will lead with example and work closely with the Chief Officers.
Requirements:
- All relevant certifications- Yacht Master Offshore
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience as Bosun on large yachts
- Must be reliable & safety conscious
- Oversee all deck operations, including tender driving, crane ops, water sports & guest services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Yard experience is preferred
Start date: October
Location: TBC
Salary: EUR DOE
Leave: 3:3 rotation
Program & Itinerary- Multi season private yacht, world cruising itinerary
