Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced Bosun for a 80m New Build.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can lead a deck team, have a good eye for detail and a competent tender driver.
Requirements:
- All relevant tickets in hand as well as Yacht Master Offshore
- Experience as bosun or strong lead deckhand on similar sized vessels
- Strong carpentry and painting skills essential
- Confident in the overall running of the deck department
- Oversee all deck operations, including tender driving, and guest services
- Great organisation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fishing/diving skills desirable
- Schengen Visa
Start date: ASAP
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 4500-5500 DOE
Leave: 60 Days
