Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Bosun for a 50m motor yacht.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can lead a deck team, have a good eye for detail and a competent tender driver.
Requirements:
- All relevant tickets in hand as well as Yacht Master Offshore
- Experience as bosun on similar sized vessels
- Charter experience required
- Confident in the overall running of the deck department
- Oversee all deck operations, including tender driving, and guest services
- Great organisation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- B1/B2 Essential
Start date: Flexible- TBC
Location: US
Salary: USD 4500
Leave: Currently 40 days- 3:1 rotation is being reviewed
Program & Itinerary- charter yacht with dual season operations
