Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Bosun for a 70m motor yacht.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can lead a deck team, have a good eye for detail and a competent tender driver.
Requirements
- Yacht Master Offshore
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in yachting with longevity
- Proven experience as Bosun
- Strong tender driving and towing operations skills
- Confident in the overall running of the deck department
- Oversee all deck operations, including tender driving, and guest services
- Great organisation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Start date: May 1
Location: Med
Salary: EUR 5000
Leave: 3:1 rotation
Program & Itinerary- private vessel with dual season operations
