Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Bosun for an 100m+ Private motor yacht
We are looking for a hardworking, motivated individual with previous experience on similar-sized vessels in a leadership role.
Requirements
- Valid STCW & ENG1
- PBL2
- Yacht Master offshore, OOW modules underway
- Proven Bosun experience on 100m+ superyachts
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management approach
- Extensive experience with tender operations, PWC, and deck equipment
- Schengen visa with a minimum of 6 months validity or EU passport
Job description
- Supervise and lead deck crew
- Manage mooring, anchoring, and tender/PWC operations
- Oversee deck maintenance and guest area preparation
- Coordinate water sports and support helicopter operations
- Assist with inventories, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures
- Good understanding of yacht operations, safety systems, and onboard protocols
- High level of professionalism and discretion in a UHNW environment
Start date: ASAP
Location: Europe
Salary: 5000 EUR
Leave: 90 days (Unstructured)
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private - Dual season (Med summer)
