Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 2nd Stewardess for a 65m m+ yacht
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years in a similar role with proven longevity. Previous experience in shore-based fine dining hospitality experience is beneficial
- Experienced with Butler and Silver Service
- Experience in training and developing junior interior members
- PDSD and Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene (& minimum of 6 months validity on STCW and ENG1)
- Fluent English & additional languages a plus
Job description:
- Providing exemplary service to guests
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules, guest needs, and operational demands.
- Must be comfortable with guest interactions providing a calm, friendly and warm demeanour
- Manage the interior in the Chief Stewardess’s absence, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining crew morale.
