Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 2nd Engineer for a 70m+ yacht
Looking for an experienced 2nd Engineer with a positive track record capable of supporting the Chief Engineer with a hands-on attitude and strong work ethic.
Sober habits, easy going, team player and willing to fit into the program.
The engineering team consists of the CE , 2nd Eng, Assistant Eng and an ETO. The yacht is in good shape and well maintained.
Knowledge of IDEA is a plus.
Second Eng Officer 2/E(MN)III/3 / Y3 essential
2 years+ experience as 2nd Eng on similar size vessel
Start date: 15 November
Location: Spain
Salary: EUR 7500
Leave 2:2
Currently in Barcelona, in the shipyard-November to the Caribbean.
Return to Barcelona 15 Feb-15 May for in-water shipyard works.
Norway cruise in June-Med cruising July & August
Barcelona for winter - TBC
